Dr. Kogut came to Las Vegas in 2000 after completing a Pediatric Surgery fellowship at LeBonheur Children's Hopsital and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN and a General Surgery residency at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY.  She earned her medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons and undergraduate degree from Colgate University.

Dr. Kogut's greatest joy (and challenge) in life is balancing her professional and family lives. She has two active children and a wonderfully supportive husband.

She is board certified in both General Surgery and Pediatric Surgery.
